Softened seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons fine red chili.
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce.

- 1 tablespoon sugar.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 1 lime, take the juice.
Ingredients:
- 2 white pomfret, clean both fish body scales.
- 1 lime, take the juice.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 3 cloves of garlic, puree.
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted.
How to Make Bawal Bakar Saus Padang:
- Coat the fish with lime juice, salt, garlic, melted butter. Leave 5 minutes.
- Mix and stir all the sauce ingredients together. Soak the fish in this spice mixture + 20 minutes.
- Grill the fish until brown on both sides.
- Lift and serve.
