Especially for the first time, I will give tips or how to make dishes from the Sumatra region, especially Acehnese specialties, namely Sie Reubeouh Cuka (Vinegar). No need to wait long, let's see together how to make it and what ingredients are needed.

Softened seasoning:

  • 6 red chilies.
  • 4 cloves garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 125 grams of brisket, cut.
  • 2500 grams of boiled beef intestines, cut.
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
  • 10 whole cayenne peppers.
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric.
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 350 ml of water.
