  • 150 ml of water.

  • 150 grams of green mustard, cut into 3 cm, boiled briefly.
  • 150 grams of large bean sprouts, clean.

How to make Noodles:

  1. Boil enough water, boil the noodles until they float. Lift and drain.
  2. Put a little vegetable oil or chicken oil and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Add hot noodles, stir until smooth.

How to Make Stir-fried Chicken:

  1. Take a pan and fry the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken, stir until stiff.
  3. Add mushrooms, stir until wilted.
  4. Add the spices and water to the pan. Cook until boiling and slightly dry. Lift.
  5. Divide the noodles into 5 parts.
  6. Give each bean sprouts, mustard greens, stir-fried chicken, and sprinkle with fried shallots and sliced ​​spring onions.
