Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken) dishes may be familiar to all friends. Because in general, where are there fried chicken dishes. But this is specifically from Aceh. For more details, let's see together how to make it and what ingredients are needed.

Softened seasoning:

  • 6 red onions.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 3 cm turmeric.
  • 2 large red chilies.
  • Salt to taste.
Ingredients:
  • Right amount of oil.
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed.
  • 2 pieces of lime leaves.
  • 4 cm galangal, crushed.
  • 60 ml coconut milk and 1 coconut.
  • 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces.
  • Salt and sugar to taste.

How to Make Ayam Goreng:

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a cooking utensil, saute ground spices until fragrant, add ginger, lime leaves, galangal, coconut milk. Bring it to a boil. Add chicken, add salt if necessary and sugar to taste. Cook until the chicken is cooked enough +30 minutes. Remove, let cool.
  2. Fried chicken in hot oil until golden brown, remove from heat and serve.
