Typical Cuisine of Bandung (West Java) - Kue Serabi Oncom
IS - Hello Indo Style Friends, how are you? We meet again. This time I will discuss other Bandung specialties. Previously I have shared Bandung Cuisine, namely Martabak Manis (Sweat Martabak). Have you been able to make it? I hope so.
Actually, there are still many typical dishes from Bandung (West Java) and including Indonesian Cuisine which is famous in Indonesia in particular. Now I will share a dish called Kue Serabi Oncom (Oncom Serabi Cake). Let's see what ingredients are needed to make this dish.

Ingredients:
- 125 grams of rice flour.
- 12 grams of flour.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 500 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut.
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder.
Chili Oncom(*):
- 150 grams of oncom, deep fried.
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 2 cm galangal.
- Salt to taste.
How to Make Kue Serabi Oncom:
- Mix the rice flour, flour, salt, and baking powder, mix well.
- Pour the coconut milk little by little while continuing to stir, let stand 1 hour.
- Chili oncom: puree chili, garlic, galangal and salt.
- Crush oncom, mix with ground spices.
- Pour 1 ladle of vegetables into the pan, cook on low heat until the holes are filled. Sprinkle the top with chili oncom, cover. Cook until done.
- Lift and serve.
(*)Oncom = foods made from soybean dregs.
